Terms for withdrawal

On Primoffice.eu it is possible to make the return of the goods in a simple and fast way, making use of the right of withdrawal as provided for by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206.

Note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Remember that the right of withdrawal does not apply to drugs (OTC and SOP), medical devices and foods sold online.

By registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram, telex, e-mail and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following forty-eight hours.

For the return to be accepted, the goods must be intact and packaged correctly, so as not to suffer damage during transport. The refund, equivalent to the amount of the product and the original delivery costs, is received by the customer within 14 days from the time of withdrawal from the purchase contract. The shipping costs for returning the products are charged to the customer. DTC has the right not to accept damaged or broken goods.

The products in the "Printing consumables" category to be returned must be returned in their original sealed packaging, without damage or wear and without any affixing of labels or adhesive tapes. The original product packaging must be placed inside another package or wrapped with wrapping paper. On the outside of the package containing the products to be returned, the following wording must be clearly indicated: RMA of DD-MM-YYYY relating to Invoice no. XXXXXX of DD-MM-YYYY. In the case of malfunctioning products, it is essential to send a print proof and a print report together with the product, where possible. Products used more than 30%, empty or not part of our production will not be accepted. If one or more returned products will be functional after our tests, used more than 30%, empty or not belonging to our production, the transport costs incurred by us for the withdrawal of the same (if any) plus € 50 will be charged. 00 for management costs. It will be the Customer's responsibility to collect them at our warehouse within 30 days from the RMA opening date, after which they will be transferred to disposal.

In the event of a defect being found at our laboratories, the product will be replaced / refunded / credit note issued, within 48 hours

We do not offer any insurance coverage in case of breakage of the printer and we are not responsible for any damage suffered by the printer due to incorrect use of the products. For the correct use of the latter it is essential to follow the instructions of the printer.

No compensation, refund or replacement may be requested if a product does not work due to the firmware (software) update of the machine (printer). In this case, the Customer is required to check and notify the order in advance that he has updated the firmware (software) of the machine (printer), either independently or at an authorized service center.
