All orders transmitted, in any form, to DTC srls imply the acceptance of these conditions of sale, excluding the application of particular or general conditions of purchase of the CUSTOMER.
1. Payments
- Cash on delivery upon receipt of goods with transport costs charged. Cash is only accepted for amounts below EUR 100.00. For amounts over EUR 2,000.00 only bank drafts are accepted.
- Bank transfer with notice of goods ready. The shipment will be made after receiving the copy of the bank accountant via email at payments@primofficce.eu. In the case of home banking payments, the CRO number must be indicated on the receipt, otherwise the account will be credited. The number of CROs alone is not enough.

2. Prices
All prices printed in the catalog or displayed on our site are to be understood with VAT included. We reserve the right to modify them, without notice, based on the trend in market prices and the exchange rates between the euro and other currencies.
3. Shipping
For goods ready in stock, each shipment will be made within 3 days from the order. Shipments are made in free port and the related costs will be charged on the invoice according to the weight of the products. DTC srls assumes no responsibility for damage caused by transport. Upon receipt of the goods, the CUSTOMER is required to verify the integrity of the packages and the conformity of the delivered goods, formulating, within 5 days, detailed reservations to the carrier on the same invoice and by means of a written complaint to DTC srls by sending to the email info@primoffice.eu. Always within 5 days of delivery of the goods, under penalty of forfeiture, the CUSTOMER is required to report to DTC srls, by means of a written document, any discrepancies in the goods received with respect to the contractual agreements. In case of bulky shipments the transport will be calculated on the basis of the volume: weight / volume ratio.
4. Credits and Returns
All returns must be authorized in advance by DTC srls by contacting the rma service via email. DTC srls reserves the right to ask the Customer for copies of the transport documents. In the event of a justified complaint by the Customer, for defects and / or defects in the goods, DTC srls has the right to choose whether to replace the defective goods with other non-defective goods or to bear the costs of repairs. If the goods are not replaceable or repairable, DTC srls reserves the right to re-credit the returned goods at the list price in effect from the date of return or the last price with which it was traded. The right to any form of guarantee ceases if the defect and / or defect reported are due to fault, negligence or willful misconduct, or to improper storage operations and in any case not attributable to DTC srls and in particular to use not compliant with the instructions. accompanying the goods or tampering, modifications and / or variations not authorized by DTC srls and / or the use of parts, accessories and spare parts that are not original or in any case not supplied by DTC srls. All returns will be accepted only carriage paid.
5. Warranty
All products are guaranteed for 12 months for manufacturing defects. In the event of proven malfunction of the product, the guarantee consists exclusively in the replacement or repair of the latter. The right to guarantee lapses in the presence of damage caused by improper use, tampering, falling, use of non-original accessories, attempts at repairs made by unauthorized personnel or in general anything else that demonstrates inappropriate use of the goods. In any case, all aesthetic parts, those subject to wear and all parts for which proper use cannot be verified are expressly excluded from the guarantee. In the event of a request for assistance, the Customer must contact DTC srls customer assistance who will provide all the necessary support and information (see RMA procedures). The warranty conditions of DTC srls prevail over any different indications reported on the packaging by the manufacturers, except for formal exceptions by DTC srls.
6. Jurisdiction
Those who use the products and services offered by DTC srls accept that the court of Rome is competent for any dispute.
